Besok UTS dan masih on progress skripsi. Lalu kangen kehidupan sebulan di desa dengan 20 orang kesayangan itu. Pengen nangis rasanya. Di desa itu tenang, damai, ga mikirin apa2, ga punya beban, bahagia~
Ah, bener kata seseorang, sebulan hidup disana itu mimpi. Menyenangkan tapi sekedar lewat. Hidup nyata lebih keras sist. Besok bakal tetep UTS dan skripsi tetep harus dikerjain.

The most memorable and valuable leadership experience in my life is the experience I have gotten from my current position, now trusted as the presidium of the Forum Anggota Mahasiswa Akuntansi (FAMA),the highest institution in Hima Akuntansi FEB Unpad (Himakunpad). Himakunpad was created by duplicating an existing concept in a corporation, FAMA’s position is aligned with the the board of commissioners while the president is positioned as CEO in order to establish our mindset as an accountant early and make Himakunpad as our laboratory to apply everything we have learned in class, but this concept cannot be fully adopted by FAMA so in some ways FAMA adopted the concept of statehood and now become a system that we are running in Himakunpad.
FAMA conducts regular meetings every once a week and incidental meetings as many times as needed, even if the members’ own schedules were tight, incidental meetings are still held more than the number of days in a week, some tasks of FAMA such as approving work plans and supervising the activities of the management directly with involve in management activities as steering committee to ensure that the workplan and the implementation is in accordance with the objectives stated in the articles of association, when referring to the concept of trias politica proposed by john locke FAMA held two roles at the same time the legislative and judiciary functions.
FAMA members must be at least nine people that are listed in the articles of association Himakunpad, FAMA during this period consisted of 13 people composed of all generation starting from the class of 2007 to 2011, each member represents 30 people in Himakunpad and have passed the fit and proper test conducted by FAMA who officiate in the previous period.
As presisdium my duty to lead a meeting, presiding the session whether that is general session or extraordinary session, communicating with external parties outside of FAMA, and handles all internal problems that exist in FAMA, the last task mentioned was the hardest task, FAMA members consist of former officials in the previous period of Himakunpad start from the president, vice president, presidium, organizing committee president and other strategic positions, and the most important thing is they are all people with exceptional critical thinking and has a very diverse characteristics.
A year before I served as the presidium of the FAMA I’ve led a committee, the total of committee members was 53 people and if I compare in terms of pressure and adversity that I’ve agreed as presidium of the FAMA now probably pressures and difficulties that I felt when I was served as organizing committee president last year only half from what I feel now.
Leading 13 intelligent people with a vast knowledge is something extraordinary because it made me learn a lot from them starting from academic matter, how to behave until fundamental theory about life, this position also forced me to learn being a role model to be a representation of the highest institution in Himakunpad.
I apologize for the mistakes I’ve done in our duty, your fault of course already my forgive.
If only there were more extraordinary words than ‘extraordinary’ absolutely I will choose that word to express my feelings while work in this astonishing duty with you.

H: Yaah ga bisa, ga mungkin ga malem, kemungkinan nginep, blablabla~
Lalu aku tiba-tiba amat sangat merasa bersalah … … .
